This galvanized reinforcement bracket or vinyl hinge/latch plate is used inside a vinyl post to screw gate hinges and latches into steel and not just the vinyl post.

The brackets slide into our High-Density Post Stiffeners and are locked into place with a twist. The High-Density Stiffeners are then attached to your 1-7/8" or 2-3/8" galvanized steel post.

Works with both a 4"x4" or 5"x5" vinyl post.

You need six plates per gate.
