The SoliTube® Slat product is designed to provide maximum privacy in a 2" chain link mesh. The body of the SoliTube® Slat is a double-wall, flat tubular extrusion formulated in High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), with properties and additives to ensure color and functionality for many years. In addition, the privacy fins on each side are formulated with a durable yet flexible Thermal Plastic Elastomer (TPE), which gently molds around the knuckles formed in the chain link wire providing from 90% to 100% privacy in 2" mesh chain link. And though the unique fins of the SoliTube® Slat will securely hold the slat in place, the Viper Channel® is also included in every package, ensuring the added security of the SoliTube® Slat staying level and in place for years to come.

The Solitube Slat® is available in 9 standard colors. (Color representation on the website varies by device. Please refer to actual color samples for final matching.)

The Solitube Slats® is available in standard heights of 4′, 5′, 6′, 8′. Each piece is 3.5″ shorter than the overall height of the fence (i.e., 6′ slats are actually 68.5″ in length) to allow space for the locking channel to be inserted horizontally in the 'first full diamond' at the bottom of the fence.

The SoliTube Slat® package contains 82 pieces to cover 10 lineal feet of chain link fence. Also contained in the package are 3 Viper Channel® pieces 42” in length (allowing for 10’ of coverage with 6” for spare).

The slat width is 1-7/16 inches. The chain-link diamond size determines the level of privacy achieved by inserting ridge slats.

• A 2" chain-link diamond will have a privacy factor of approximately 98%.
• A 2.25" chain-link diamond will have a privacy factor of approximately 95%.
• A 2.375" chain-link diamond will have a privacy factor of approximately 80%
